When screening tenants, we fully comply with South Carolina’s fair housing laws to reduce the risk of discrimination.

When we receive a maintenance request from tenants via the online tenant portal, we assess the issue and address it in a timely manner – always in coordination with a network of local, trusted contractors.

Depending on the property management package you choose, we can conduct move-in/move-out inspection and annual inspections, as well as quarterly ones.

Inspections are important for ensuring the residents are caring for your home, and for ensuring we can identify maintenance issues early.

Tenants can pay their rent securely 24/7 via the online tenant portal. We then collect the rent and deposit it directly into your bank account. With us, you can enjoy consistent payments every single month.

Late or missed rent payments are a serious lease violation. Although rare, if this occurs, we will handle all the tenant communication and follow-ups. If the situation persists, we will immediately initiate the South Carolina eviction process to safeguard your investment.

Of course! As our client, you can enjoy 24/7 access to easy-to-understand and organized financial documents, directly through the online owner portal.

With this, you can easily track your cash flow and understand how your property is performing, helping you make informed business decisions.
